Delivery

Where we deliver: we deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Where orders are sent from: your order is sent with tracking from a UK warehouse run by one of our UK supply partners.

How long it takes: allow an estimated 6 to 8 days from ordering, including supplier processing and delivery. Our mini dehumidifier and Sleepy Cat supplier currently lists 3 to 4 days to dispatch, followed by 3 to 4 days for delivery. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates, and delays can occur at busy times. Express delivery is not currently offered.

Delivery cost: Standard UK delivery is £2.99 for orders below £30 and free for orders of £30 or more. Your delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking: we email your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Orders with more than one item: items may arrive in separate parcels, because they can come from different warehouses.

Late or missing parcels: if your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, email kwabemaasare45@gmail.com with your order number and we will look into it. If a parcel is lost, we will send a replacement or refund you.

Damaged on arrival: email us within 7 days with a photo and we will replace or refund the item.
