Terms of sale

Who we are: Snug & Sorted is a trading name of Kwabena Ababio, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at kwabemaasare45@gmail.com.

These terms: they apply when you buy from this website. By placing an order you agree to them. We sell to customers in the UK aged 18 or over.

Your order: your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. If we cannot supply an item, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment: prices are in pounds sterling and include any VAT that applies. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Product information: we describe products as accurately as we can. Colours and packaging may vary slightly from the photos. Our damp and condensation products help reduce moisture. They are not a treatment for mould, leaks or structural damp.

Delivery: see our shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates.

Returns and refunds: see our returns and refund policy. Your legal rights are not affected.

Using products safely: please read and follow the instructions supplied with each product, and keep moisture absorbers away from children and pets.

Our liability: we do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Otherwise we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses, as we sell for home use only.

Law: these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
